He has formed Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. in 2008 and he is an Associate member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“MAICSA”). He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Business Administrative. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial.
He worked as head of the department of Secta Sdn. Bhd. He also has worked as secretarial assistant at Pantai Management Resources Sdn. Bhd. for 4 years. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. and Aldpro Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., companies that provide corporate secretarial and share registration services respectively. He is also managing a money lending company and cooperative. Besides that, he is also assisting in obtaining financial facilities for his clients. He is also a Committee Member of the Malaysia-Guangdong Chamber of Investment Promotion. In August 2023, he was appointed as Non-Independent and Non Executive Director of Sersol Bhd.

Her mission is to drive Aldpro to be the preferred choice of share registrar, delivering efficient and value-added services. She currently oversees the ongoing operation and development of the share registration.
She has obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Victoria University, Australia.
She began her career with the largest professional shares registry industry in Malaysia for more than 12 years. In her previous roles, she has providing professional service for local and multinational companies including non-listed and public listed companies with vast experience as well as the Initial Public Offering jobs.

She has handled a portfolio of more than 100 Public Listed Companies.

She began her career with the largest professional share registration services in Malaysia in year 2014. She then joined Aldpro Corporate Services Sdn Bhd. as Assistant Manager in year 2022.
She has over 9 years of professional experience in Share Registration Services and has handled a portfolio of more than 100 public listed companies.
